At Techniglaze we manufacture, supply and install the Aliver Rooflight from Smart Systems. It is a fixed, flat roof system which can be incorporated into the design of almost any roof. The Aliver Rooflight is extremely versatile. It can be retro-fitted into an existing flat roof extension* it can be used as part of a new-build structure, and can even be installed into the roof system to provide natural light into a loft conversion project*.

Comprehensive hardwareThe Aliver Rooflight system is a roof lantern solution designed and manufactured to provide many benefits and make a significant difference to the performance of a property. It provides excellent levels of thermal insulation, helps to maximise natural light into a room and will effectively reduce exterior noise penetration. The system is compatible with both double and triple glazed units and will create a stylishly modern look to any property.
The Aliver Rooflight is designed for easy installation. Its discreet aluminium frame and hidden fixing system combine to make the installation as hassle-free and simple as possible. The rooflight’s design also allows the glazing unit to be replaced without affecting the system’s frame. This means that the Aliver Rooflight’s life expectancy is significantly increased making it a cost-effective and long-lasting investment.

Aliver Rooflights are finished with a marine grade powder coat as standard. They can be specified as single or dual coloured and are available in almost any colour. A complete list of colour options is available in our technical documentation. Please note, exact colour tone may differ from images shown. Please request a swatch for an accurate representation.

Aliver Rooflights can accommodate glazing systems with a maximum thickness of 29mm. As with all Techniglaze products, they can be specified with a wide range of glazing types including solar control, self-clean and obscure glass.

We are delighted with the windows. As you know we were concerned that they would look different and more “clunky” but really you can’t tell the difference except that the new ones are not falling apart!!! The guys who did the fitting were also good. They were working in freezing fog, really cold but they carried on regardless, they were extremely tidy and cleared up after themselves.
