The team at Techniglaze recently supplied and installed all the windows and doors for a luxury new build project near Bath in North East Somerset. The semi-rurally located property is set amongst beautiful countryside with panoramic views across the historic Bath skyline. Working alongside an exclusive property developer, we worked closely with the construction team to ensure that the project was completed to an exceedingly high standard.
To match the sleek contemporary design of the property, we suggested Smart Ecofutural casement windows for the project. Made from 100% recyclable aluminium profiles, the windows provide outstanding levels of thermal performance while the strength of the aluminium allows for the large expanses of glass which were required to provide the expansive exterior views.
The casement windows were powder finished in modern Anthracite Grey. The finished look is classy and understated with the grey window frames perfectly complementing the timber cladding and light brick work of the property’s exterior. Achieving an ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency, the windows ensured that the property met all the criteria for current building regulations performance.
